Technical Data

     Solid core consists of Block Board core bonded with crossband and face veneer constructed along with provision of lock block on both sides. Finally finished with commercial veneer or decorative veneer. As on option, the final finish can be of both side laminated and painted or polished. Wood is generally seasoned by the help of automatic kiln seasoning plant as per IS: 1141 and in the process, the m oisture is reduced to the standard requirement mentioned in the IS:287.

     Further bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, 100% water proof as per IS:1141 and in the process, the moisture is reduced to the standard requirement mentioned in the IS:287. Further bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, 100% water proof as per IS:848, hot pressed at high temperature under uniform pressure, Processed and finished on Precision machinery keeping the structure and dimensions of the Flush Door, Stable and Perfect.

These doors are highly durable, have excellent dimensional stability, boiling waterproof and borer and termite-resistance. They are easy to install as a flush door. These doors are available in pre-primed white and many other finishes such as painted, stained, polished etc.

     For use in toilets/bathrooms an additional coating of PU will be provided. They are suitable for internal dry locations.

   Crystal Film faced shuttering plywood is made from high quality veneers which are peeled from selected logs. Each and every log as well as veneers are treated with preservative and bonded by using specially formulated Phenolic resin. High resin Content paper is used as a film and pasted on shuttering ply to get maximum repetition in shuttering work. This product is manufactured under high pressure to provide more density and its mirror like superior finish on both sides making it most effective in RCC constructions.

There is a separate expert team of supervisors for the guarding of incoming raw materials. PF resin is manufactured in ultra modern resin  plant. Products is tested by    chemists as per IS: 4990 testing specifications and periodic testing is done by   BIS scientists in their own lab.
